Work-hours customer service
Customer service availability: Telephone and email customer service is available during standard office hours (e.g. Mon-Fri: 8:00–16:30). Outside of business hours, only an answering machine or chatbot.
Who is it recommended for?
Customer service available during working hours is usually sufficient for those merchants who typically operate during the day on weekdays, and a possible payment problem does not cause an immediate, significant loss of income.
These can be, for example, smaller shops, beauty salons, service providers, clinics, businesses operating with office reception, as well as online stores where orders are not processed immediately. For them, a more favorable price, simple administration and a stable, easy-to-use payment solution may be more important than continuous availability.
