Számlázz.hu offers several features that help automate invoicing, administration and financial processes:
- Online invoicing: you can issue paper or electronic invoices, advance, proforma, final invoices, delivery notes, receipts, cancelled or reversed invoices, etc.
- Automated invoicing from the webshop: with the help of the “Invoice Agent” service, the webshop or other business application automatically generates an invoice after a purchase. The webshop sends data via an API call, and Számlázz.hu creates and sends the invoice.
- Integration extensions / plugins for multiple webshops and systems: For example, there is an official plugin for WooCommerce, as well as support for other systems.
- Banking automation – “AutoKassza” service: incoming bank transfers are automatically synchronized with Számlázz.hu — this makes it easier to track which invoices have been paid, the invoice can be automatically closed, the final invoice can be sent, etc.
- Data export / integration with other financial / accounting systems: data can be exported from the invoicing system or connected to another system to make financial operations and accounting easier.
Based on this, Számlázz.hu is not “webshop software” as such (not a webshop engine), but an invoicing / administration system with which you can make the financial and invoicing processes behind your webshop smoother.
